our beers are brewed in a traditional way like in the old days, with the
respect of the traditions, with high quality materials, without additives,
nor spices. Our beers are not filtered, yeast refermented in bottle and
conditioned in the champenoise way in 75 cl corked and wired bottles.
A
traditional bee is often tasted in a cheerful atmosphere.

Special regional beer, clear amber.

Ingredients:
2 types of malt, hops, yeast, water, granulated white sugar.
Origin of the name: Antoine Joseph Moneuse, chief of the North drivers
: highwayman who used to strip his victims after burning their feet to
know where they had hidden their money.
Mrs Pourtois is one of his descendants.

Regional
special lager (blond) beer.
Ingredients:
malt, german wheat, hops, yeast, water.
Origin of the name:The german wheat is an unrefined yeast which contains
a natural flavour enhancer, giving a good taste to the bread but also
to the beer.

malt, froment, jus de figues, eau, houblon, levure.
Origine du nom: Recette de nos grands-mères qui, au vu du peu de
teneur en alcool, auraient attribué cette boisson aux Darbystes
(disciples du Pasteur Darby) existant toujours dans le Borinage

Origin of the name: It's a beer which is brewed only during and for the
Christmas period.

PRESERVATION
If
you want your beers to preserve theif flavours, we advise you to lay down
the bottles in order for them to retain all the flavours within the required
time of tasting which is between 6 months and two years of time.
